Question 1

Is there a warden on site?

Accepted Answer

That varies by home. House rules on the property page list what the operator has recorded, and the team confirms the rest.

Question 2

Are the homes on this page available right now?

Accepted Answer

Each card shows the beds the operator currently marks as vacant. A home that shows 'Currently full' has no vacant bed at this moment, but you can still send an enquiry and the team will tell you about waiting lists and upcoming move-outs.

Question 3

What does an enquiry cost?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. Livinns.com is free to use. You enquire directly with the property and settle rent, deposit and any agreement with the operator.

Question 4

Can I see the property before deciding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send an enquiry from the property page and ask for a visit — the property team arranges viewing times.
